Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

1. Summary

SellPile sells digital services, credits, and subscriptions. Refunds are limited because digital outputs can be delivered immediately and cannot be returned. This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact for refund requests: support@sellpile.app. Use the account email connected to the purchase so we can verify the checkout session, credit delivery, and usage history.

2. When refunds may be approved

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase because of a payment or checkout error.
  • You paid but the credits or unlock were not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • A paid digital result failed and no credit was returned or restored.
  • SellPile is legally required to provide a refund under mandatory consumer law.

3. When refunds are usually not approved

  • You changed your mind after a plan, report, listing draft, or photo enhancement was delivered.
  • You used credits, copied listings, exported a plan, or received the digital output.
  • You expected a specific resale price, buyer response, platform result, sale speed, or profit.
  • You uploaded unclear, incomplete, wrong, or low-quality photos or listing details.
  • You disagree with a sell/bundle/skip decision, price range, platform suggestion, or AI output after receiving the service.
  • Your marketplace listing did not sell, was removed, received low views, or led to a buyer dispute.
  • You forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal, unless mandatory law or payment-provider rules require otherwise.
  • Your account was restricted because of misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, policy breach, or unlawful activity.

4. Digital delivery and withdrawal

Where law allows, by ticking the checkout acknowledgement and purchasing or using SellPile credits, unlocking digital results, requesting a Rescue report, or generating a photo enhancement, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once delivery begins or the result is provided. If mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

If a right of withdrawal applies and has not been lost or limited by immediate digital delivery, you must contact support within the legally required period. We may deduct or refuse amounts for digital results already delivered or credits already used where law allows.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing management flow or payment provider flow. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior charges or already-delivered access. Refunds for subscription renewals are reviewed case by case and are usually denied once the billing period has started and access or credits have been made available, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want the next billing period. Lack of use during a paid period does not by itself create a refund right.

6. How to request a refund

Contact SellPile support with the account email, purchase date, amount, plan or pack name, checkout receipt or session ID if available, and a clear explanation. Requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase unless mandatory law gives you more time. We may ask for screenshots or logs to verify delivery or failure.

7. Resolution options

At SellPile’s discretion, a valid issue may be resolved by restoring credits, re-running the failed result, granting replacement credits, fixing the account, or refunding the eligible payment. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method where possible.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting support, SellPile may suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account closure and loss of unused promotional credits, where allowed by law.

9. Consumer protection

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory law that applies to you, mandatory law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
