You are responsible for checking final marketplace prices, writing honest listings, disclosing defects, and following each platform’s rules.

Do not use SellPile to create misleading listings, counterfeit claims, fake condition descriptions, or guaranteed resale promises.

The app is provided as an MVP and may make mistakes. Use judgment before posting any listing.
